Ben White

Director

Ben White is the Managing Director of White Property Group and deals with all facets of the business including client liaison, site analysis and acquisition, dealing with consultants, negotiating lease terms and delivering the end-product.

Ben has over 20 years experience in the property industry and development with a specific emphasis on the commercial/industrial and retail sectors.

Since the establishment of White Property Group, Ben has been responsible for the development of over $200 million worth of property. The firm has quickly earned a reputation for developing boutique projects with an emphasis on innovative and contemporary design and quality finishes.

Ben's experience in property particularly from an agency point of view has resulted in White Property Group developing projects that are very much market focused and have been particularly successful with development in the commercial and retail area.

Nick O'Toole

Development Manager

Nick O'Toole is the Development Manager for White Property Group. His key roles include investment and feasibility analysis, liaising with and management of consultants, contractors and builders, preparing and administering development applications and approvals and general project management.

Nick graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development). His previous experience in the development industry comprised roles in acquisitions, finance and asset management.

Melissa Feller

Office  Coordinator

Melissa Feller is the Office Coordinator at White Property Group where she is responsible for all administration duties including accounts. 

Melissa has previously worked for a national property development group and is looking forward to expanding on her current knowledge and experience in the field.
