A major bulky goods complex in Shepparton, the major centre of the Goulburn Valley, located approximately 175 km north of Melbourne.

Our research revealed a lack of national bulky goods retailers in regional Victoria, particularly in an integrated homemaker centre. Shepparton Homemaker Centre is the largest integrated development in the Greater Shepparton area and has been designed to provide some 25,000 square metres of retail space and parking for over 400 vehicles.

Shepparton Homemaker Centre has a prominent corner location on the Midland Highway within the already established premier bulky goods location in Shepparton. White Property Group was responsible for the design, town planning approval and for pre-leasing around 60% of the centre to national name retailers. Shepparton Homemaker Centre has been pre-sold to a national property group.
