White Property Group Pty Ltd completed a 600m² shopping centre at 634 Gympie Road, Chermside.

At the time of completion, 634 Gympie Road Chermside was fully leased with tenants including a Nightowl Convenience Store, Nandos Chicken, The Fridge Bottleshop, Eagle Boys Pizza and Bombay Bliss. A tenancy realignment enabled a new Network Video Micro Store with Sunshine Kebabs and Big Dads Pies soon after completion to open new stores.

A joint crossover has been provided with the adjoining ALDI supermarket which will provide easy access to both centres for customers.

The layout and design of the building was focused on optimising the exposure of each tenancy and convenience for patrons, featuring covered walkways and plenty of outdoor dining.
