White Property Group redeveloped this large scale convenience centre in several stages.
Stage 1 of the development was completed in 2002 and includes both 'lifestyle' retailers such as Yeronga Thai, Ned's Deli, Bossy Hair, Bartini, Bassara, Flowers and Gifts, and Sunshine Drycleaners alongside other retailers such as Network Video, Yeronga Village Pharmacy, Yeronga News, Yeronga Cellars and Bakers Delight.
Stage 2 of the centre was completed in 2003 and comprises tenants 'Harvest F&V', 'Clancy James (butcher), 'Lang & Knights Optometrist' and other specialty retail outlets such as 'Nightowl', 'Fruition', and 'Yeronga Village Childcare' as well as established tenant 'Yeronga Hot Bread'. The design features skillion roofs, plenty of outdoor dining and a large 'at-grade' carpark.
