The Dulux Trade Centre in Woolloongabba was purchased to accommodate our client's requirement in the inner city suburb of Woolloongabba in Brisbane.

The site itself was too large for Dulux in isolation and as a result of the client's desire for this particular site, a design concept was formulated incorporating a Bridgestone Tyre outlet which is a complementary use to Dulux.

The dual-tenanted complex was sold to a private investor at a record yield at the time.

Originally sold at a capitalization rate of 8.5%, which was a record in the year 1999, it has now on-sold again at a record yield for this sector at 6.8% as reported in the Courier Mail on 10/3/06.
