The Dulux Trade Centre in Bundamba was one of four centres established in and around the Brisbane area.
The centre was developed as a freestanding trade centre located on the main road into Ipswich, which is one of Brisbane's satellite cities.
The project was delivered at a budget, on time, and in line with the expiry date of an existing Dulux lease.
