55 Caxton Street was a speculative development built by White Property Group in 1998.
The complex consisted of two boutique office tenancies and two restaurant areas. The building housed the offices of White Property Group for four years.
The complex was designed as a result of the stringent design guidelines in a Development Control Plan introduced by the Brisbane City Council.
The design encompasses modern accommodation yet at the same time addresses the heritage buildings and architectural features prevalent in Caxton Street.
