White Property group built this boutique office complex in the rapidly growing urban renewal precinct of Fortitude Valley.

The overall design of the complex evokes a post-modern industrial aesthetic while retaining materials found in the original structure to ensure it enhances the local character of Fortitude Valley.

At the time 34 Commercial Road was a relatively new concept that is strata titled office in a urban renewal industrial area.

The two level walk up building had proven very successful and has offered substantial capital gains for the original purchasers.

The project was 100% sold just four months after completion in 2002.
